Returns

All orders are professionally packaged and checked in our warehouse. Did your order sustain damage during the shipping process, or are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Returns are always possible within 30 days. You must return your order in the original packaging. The return costs are at your own expense. Of course, we will reimburse these if you have received an incorrect or defective product. You can register your return via the form below, after which we will assess and approve it. We will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days after receipt.

Please note! The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom products (all clothing and accessories with a print)
• Hygiene products that have been out of the packaging.
